OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. (October 17, 2007) - - Crossroads Mall announced today that it will designate Friday and Saturday nights from 6-9 p.m. as family nights, beginning Friday, October 26. The new "Family Shopping Hours" program calls for youth under 18 to be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian, and is part of the center's effort to promote a family-focused weekend environment for shoppers. The center also revealed plans for special program kick-off events and promotions coming this fall and winter from participating center merchants.
"As a landmark business outfitting south Oklahoma City for more than 30 years, we are always looking out for the best interest of our consumers. This program addresses their requests by actively promoting a family-friendly weekend shopping environment," explained Crossroads Mall Senior Manager of Property Management Jim Swenson at today's briefing announcing the new program. "Our mall team is enthusiastic about our new 'Family Shopping Hours' rollout, as similar efforts have proven effective at other malls and we have received strong support from the community and our customers and merchants." | |
