The Crossroads Mall Customer Service Desk is located on the mall's lower level near J. C. Penney. Crossroads Mall representatives are available during mall hours to answer your questions. Mall gift cards are available from this location. The following additional services are available at the Customer Service Desk:
Mall brochures --Pick up a map and a list of stores before you begin shopping. We'll help you navigate the mall.
Free Wheelchairs --Wheelchairs are available at no charge. However, it is requested that a picture ID be left at the Customer Service desk when a wheelchair is taken.
Bus Schedules --Metro transit buses pick up and drop off customers at the northwest mall entrance, schedules are available at the Customer Service Desk.
Taxi Service --Need a ride? We're happy to call a cab for you.
Free Diapers --We're ready for any emergency. Just ask a Customer Service Representative, we've got what you need.
Other Services
Strollers --Baby buggies are available at each mall entrance. They are kept on racks that require a $3.00 deposit to release the stroller. When the stroller is returned a .50 refund is given.
Restrooms --Facilities are located on both the upper and lower levels of the mall in the Dillard's wing.
Telephones --Pay phones are located just inside all mall entrances
Phone Cards --Pre-paid phone cards can be purchased from vending machines located in two mall locations--on the upper level near Marquise Diamonds and on the lower level near Wards.
Automatic Teller Machines --Two cash machines are located in the mall--on the lower level next to the west escalators and on the upper level on the Center Court Bridge.
Crossroads Mall Management Office
The mall management office is located outside the northeast mall entrance, between Wards and Foley's loading docks. The office is open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. A Manager is in the office on Saturdays and available by pager for the remainder of the weekend. If the office is closed, please visit the Customer Service Center to contact a member of the management team.
Safe Customer Awareness Network
Shop in the security of the Safe Customer Awareness Network (SCAN). SCAN is a state-of-the-art surveillance system with low-light color cameras located throughout the center to help our security team monitor our public spaces. Two-way intercoms located throughout the property connect directly to the SCAN Security Control Center, where our security team monitors the entire property from one location.
With SCAN, our team can quickly identify and respond to potential problems, medical emergencies, lost children, parking problems and any other situation where a shopper might need support.
Crossroads Mall Security Team
Our uniformed security team monitors the Mall 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They have been trained in crime prevention, life-saving techniques and public relations. The team enforces our code of conduct so everyone can enjoy their shopping experience. For your peace of mind, they are also available to escort you to your car. Please call on them whenever you need assistance.
